Account Executives [JB-0007-CS]

Responsibilities: 

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners need and goals.
  • Closes new business deal by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge y participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintaining and updating a database of contact information within customer relationship management system provided by company.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Handling complaints and negotiations.
  • Self enablement on industries and consultation field, self initiate on required training and self reliance on solving problems with troubleshooting.
  • Work across division to serve client better.
  • Empower marketing to produce qualified leads.
  • Empower Technical to produce excellent delivery
  • Empower Customer service for better customer satisfaction rating
  • Identify and develop business opportunities for the company’s service. The incumbent will also be required to promote company’s services at (but not limited to) networking events, trade and career fairs.
